Jewish Student Center 

Two adjoining condominium units in Waltham were transformed into a single-family residence that also serves as an off-campus center for Jewish university students. The conversion required a change of use and a special permit from the City of Waltham.

The open floor plan provides distinct areas for gatherings of different sizes, from everyday family life and small student groups to large communal meals and holiday celebrations. A dedicated library and study hall support learning and discussion, while warm, residential finishes create a welcoming atmosphere for students without sacrificing the comfort and intimacy of a family home.
